  2. 2DepositYour deposit invoice ($1,000 whole, $500 half) comes once we confirm. Pay it to hold your spot.
  3. 3Harvest & weighAfter harvest we weigh your beef and send the final invoice.
  4. 4Final paymentPay the balance, then we tell you how to reach the processor.

We work with you on cut selection and processing. You tell us how you like your steaks cut, how thick you want your hamburger patties, and we handle the rest.
